Looking Forward To Year Two

The inaugural Scone Palace International Horse Trials event took place on 21-24 August 2025, against the historic backdrop of Scone Palace, crowning place of Scotland’s Kings. Launched in partnership with British Eventing, the event more than delivered on its promise of four thrilling days of competition, world-class riders and outstadning sporting achievements. Instantly becoming one of Scotland’s leading equestrian events, and one of the UK's top three Horse Trials, planning is now underway for year two, with dates to be confirmed in the next few weeks.

Featuring world-class riders from across Scotland, the UK and wider Europe, this CCI4*-L horse trials event showcases an array of classes, including FEI International Eventing, British Eventing, Showjumping, Pony Club Games, Native Breed Showing and more.

Of course, a world-class horse trials event wouldn’t be complete without the extras that make it a day out to remember and from the vibrant shopping village to a smorgasboard of delicious food and drink, fun family activities, evening entertainment and a Members Marquee with the best view in the park, you will find plenty to keep you entertained and engaged.
