New for 2026, Scone Palace International Horse Trials brings you Picnic Parking.

Positioned alongside two of our most exciting feature fences, Picnic Parking puts you closer to the action than ever before. Feel the atmosphere build from your front row view as our elite riders tackle challenging feature fences.  Whether you're a lifelong eventing enthusiast or introducing someone to the sport for the first time, Picnic Parking offers a unique way to experience the most exciting element of eventing - the cross-country - with family and friends.

Park Up. Settle In. Enjoy.

Your Picnic Parking pass allows you to bring your vehicle directly to a dedicated viewing area beside the cross-country course. Simply park up, unpack your picnic chairs and blankets, and create your own private viewing spot for the day. With permission to bring your own picnic, you can pack all of your favourite food and drinks while enjoying an unforgettable day of sport from one of the arena's most enviable vantage points.

Close to Everything

While you'll have an incredible cross-country viewing location all day, you're also just a short walk from the main event village, where you'll find shopping, entertainment, food outlets and more.

• 1 vehicle pitch, c.3m x 3m overlooking two high profile feature fences 
  This allows space for a standard vehicle with room for your picnic blankets, chairs and small gazebos
• Permission to bring your own food and drink into the Picnic Parking area
• Foot access to the main event site

Please note that food and drink brought for Picnic Parking cannot be taken into the main site.
