Refund qualifications

For customers who have purchased ticket/s for any Event that is cancelled, or our capacities are reduced we will offer a refund or credit note.
If our capacities are reduced for any reason and therefore, we cannot honour all our ticket holder/s to attend the event in question we will operate a "last-in, first-out" system.  The ticket/s purchased closer to the Event will be automatically refunded, to reduce our capacity to the new restricted capacity. We will contact ticket holder/s by email to communicate this.
 For customers who have purchased ticket/s for any Event that is cancelled by the Operator, and we are unable to stage the Event due to adverse weather conditions, including waterlogging of the courses or car parks, we will offer a refund, credit note or transfer to the equivalent event the following year.
If the ticket holder/s wishes to cancel their ticket/s, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Event Abandonment

If the event must be cancelled due to weather or a similar uncontrollable cause, refunds for sponsorship will be provided in the following increments.
100% refund for cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the first day of the event.
90% refund for cancellation 2 weeks prior up to the first horse to enter dressage on the first day of the event.
70% refund for cancellation after the first day of competition up to the first horse on dressage on the second day of the event.
50% refund after the second day of competition up to the first horse to start XC.
10% refund for cancellation after the first horse on XC and before the first horse to commence showjumping on the final day of the event.
Refunds cannot be made on Event days. All refunds will be processed within 28 days of the Event.
For all other refunds it is at the discretion of Management.
 
We reserve the right to amend or cancel any ancillary Event entertainment without notice. In the event of ancillary Event entertainment changing, customers will not be entitled to a refund.
